Photo & Signature Resizer prepares an image for an online application form that demands exact dimensions and a file-size range, for example a 3.5 × 4.5 cm photo between 20 and 50 KB, or a signature between 10 and 20 KB. Enter the width and height in centimetres, millimetres, inches or pixels, set the minimum and maximum size in KB, and the tool crops, resizes and compresses the image to fit all of them at once.
Zoom and position sliders let you frame the face or signature inside the crop. The tool then finds the highest JPEG quality that stays under your maximum, and if the file would fall below your minimum it raises the quality to use the spare room. A status line tells you plainly whether the result meets the limits. Your image is processed in the browser and is never uploaded.
